Biete Zimmer in 2er WG Berlin - Prenzlberg/Mi
Hallo!
Ich suche ab Anfang Februar eine Mitbewohnerin für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte.
Die Wohnung ist schön hell mit 2 separaten Zimmern, einem kleinen Flur, ein Bad mit Dusche und einer Wohnküche. Sie ist nah an allem dran was man so braucht: Supermärkte (Kaisers ist direkt um die Ecke), Läden, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die U2 und U8, sowie Hackescher Markt sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 400 Euro inklusive Nebenkosten, DSL und Festnetz.
Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite im Dokumentarfilmbereich.
Ganz wichtig: Ich bin Raucher (leider) und rauche auch in der Wohnung. Du solltest also kein Problem mit Rauch haben.
Ich suche jemanden, der ab und zu auch mal Lust hat was zusammen zu kochen oder zu quatschen, aber sich genauso gut auch alleine beschäftigen kann.

I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment in Prenzlauer Berg / Mitte, starting in February next year.
The apartment is bright, has 2 separate rooms, a small hallway, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with a standing shower. It’s close to everything from supermarkets (Kaisers is right around the corner) to shops, restaurants and bars and just a few minutes by foot from the U2 and U8 as well as Hackescher Markt.
The rent for the room is 400 Euros including electricity, gas, water, DSL and home phone.
About me: I’m 34 years old and I work in documentary film.
Important: I’m a smoker (unfortunately) and I do smoke in the apartment. So you shouldn’t have a problem with smoke.
I’m looking for a roommate who can be on her own but also enjoys the occasional meal or chat. I look forward to hearing from you!
