0 Hey ! I have a room available for short term renting. Somewhere from end of february to end of march. The room is like 7qm small, with loft bed, desk, two shelves and of a window to the inner courtyard. Wifi is included. It´s a non-smoker apartment. The place is in Berlin Mitte at Torstraße, quite next to Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. The price for a month is 300 Euro. You will share the flat with me. I am a woman, 35 years and work for social institution. As I work early I´m not so cool with excessive house parties...
