Need Advice on Good Vinyl for My Car!

I’ve got a 2015 Subaru WRX (love the car, by the way, it's my little beast), and I’m trying to bring it up to the next level in terms of style. I’ve always admired how some cars have that sleek, custom vinyl wrap job, and I’m seriously considering getting it done myself. The whole look just gives off this modern, sporty, and unique vibe that I absolutely love. Plus, it's not permanent, so I can always change it if I get tired of the design!
But here’s the catch—I have no idea where to start when it comes to finding vinyl that will look great and actually last. I’m not just looking for something that looks good on Instagram; I need something that’s durable, high quality, and can withstand weather conditions like the summer heat and the occasional rainstorm (I live in a pretty humid area, so that’s a concern).
So I’ve been browsing around, but there are so many options out there, and I don’t really want to end up with something that peels off in a few months or looks cheap after a few washes. I’ve heard that vinyl wraps can be a little tricky to install, too, so I’d like to find something that’s forgiving, or at least, easy enough to work with if I decide to DIY.
I came across this site http://www.vinylcutter.eu/ and it looks promising. They seem to have a wide range of vinyl, from gloss to matte, camo, and even textured ones like carbon fiber. But I don’t know, I’m kind of overwhelmed by the choices. Has anyone here used their stuff before? Is it good? Or should I be looking elsewhere? Also, what’s the deal with colors? I was thinking of going for a matte black finish for that sleek, aggressive look, but maybe I should mix in some accents, like a gloss stripe along the side or something. Anyone have experience with mixing finishes? Does it look tacky or can it be pulled off in a way that’s not over the top?
