Schreibe an meinem ersten Buch und brauche mal eine erste Meinung:

Chapter I

I had been discharged from the property-project that I dealt with at my part-time job in an estate agency and was sent home due to severe hysterics, got stuck in the elevator for about fifteen minutes and in addition to this I have even been humped by my neighbour’s dog. Luckily, I was eventually rescued from what I thought would be my metal grave. Not a very pleasant day so far, but let’s see what the evening still holds for me. With regained optimism I continued the way up the remaining fourteen floors to my flat, using the stairs.
Unfortunately, my hand bag is a bit like an archive of the last five years of my life, so as usual it took me absolute ages to try and find my keys. With quite a dramatic bit of force I finally managed to unlock and open the ever jammed door, switched on my PC, chucked my bag into the corner and myself onto the sofa… Silence – finally!
But there was still something cutting the beautiful silence, apart from the police cars out on the streets, the woman’s screaming kids from the flat next door and my top neighbour’s death metal concert with his brand new drums, no there was something else… It sounded a bit like some kind of knocking. I started trying to figure out, if there was anyone at the door to shortly after that, decide that no one, who’d want to see me would knock 38 times! The knocking definitely came from somewhere within my flat, so I started inspecting my flat to satisfy my curiosity.
Starting with the living-room, I worked my way along the hallway, checked kitchen and bathroom to eventually end up in front of my bedroom, where the knock was loudest. Standing so close to the door, I thought my girl must have come in, currently either lying on my bed with a kinky grin or looking through my wardrobe, as usual. Don’t blame her though; we have the same size and share more than just clothes, or even the bed for some night-time re-creation. Oh, I was so naive and in for such a huge surprise! As I opened the door with a sleazy smile to show her what I’m up to, my jaw dropped right down on the floor – She was sharing MY bed with someone else this time!
Instinctively, I slammed the door shut in disgust and tried to collect my thoughts, but they were all over the place – why, how and who the hell is this bloke!? Right, this is not going to work – I need booze! Just went to the kitchen to get a glass and actually the whole bottle of Carlos Primero Whiskey. Trying to focus on not entirely drowning the bottle I tried using the glass, but I merely ended up chucking it after the half-dressed guy, that stormed from the bedroom out my front door.
And then, nothing! There was no sound, no apparent movement, just nothing. Right, I’m going to leave her, what the hell made her think, that she could possibly ever get away with something like this in the first place? I indeed even hate her… Oh well, say I do love her too in a way. Good God, what is happening here?

Shit, shit, shit – What is she doing here? What the hell happened about her job - Did she get fired! Oh no, I am such an idiot. Mmmhhh, she might as well just be early. No matter what, it was the absolute wrong timing! Ok, easy now, where’s my underwear? All my clothes are scattered around the bedroom-floor. Oh Lord, why didn’t I go to home, why did she have to be involved? Stupid, stupid, stupid… I can’t face her now, I thought, buttoning up my skirt. I put on my shirt, my blazer and slid on my high-heels. My mind continued turning all the way through the process of dressing.
John, my colleague, who had joined the company about half year ago, and myself went to a meeting with a small company from South-West England. We went to the 190 and had a very successful and besides that very tasty lunch with them, had a few drinks and ended up right here, since it was virtually just around the corner, instead of, like my flat more like thirty-five blocks further away on the other end of the next district.
I sat down on the bed and tried to reasonably consider how and why it could have all went like this. Where did it get so horribly out of hand, how did it escalate? I wonder, what she is thinking now.

¼ of a bottle later: ‘Fuck’n bish, how cou’she do this to me…?’ I trusted her! She even had a duplicate key to let herself in and out of my PRIVATE Oasis, whenever she felt like it. Yes, I would even go as far as saying, that she has desecrated this very Oasis – Not only just my sofa, no! Out of every room it HAD to be the bedroom, the oasis’s heart. She totally abused and took advantage of it.
But in the end, that’s not the only point! We’ve known each other so well in this ever so very distinct and special way, the very certain feeling of her being my best friend and lover at the same time. I adored her… Say, we would have a giggly girl’s days out, go shopping, have a meal, a drink and a fun time, but on the other hand sometimes just lie on the sofa, listening to music and just silently hold each other. She would turn around in the middle of the night, soothe and comfort after I had a horrible nightmare, we would take a random walk through the city in the middle of the night, laugh and cry together for years! Something happened, that must have changed her mind about me and she supposingly waited for a moment like this to hurt me. Why else would she have done it here instead of anywhere else in this city? London alone has 174 square Kilometre of space – Why of all of those my 56 square metre large flat???

We should have just taken a bloody taxi! But then of course, due to passion and desire, that had been building up ever since he started working for our company we barely managed to hold on for seven blocks, thirty-five? Are you fucking kidding me?
I mean, I am not saying, that Lucy doesn’t hold a part of me. I love her, still. We were friends in our relationship and even before that, so I really don’t want to miss out on her friendship. I love her as my best friend! She is one of the most smart, funniest and attractive girls I have possibly ever met, if not the most stunning one out of all. I love her because I had so much fun, for sharing all sorts of times with me, for always having been there - we were one! But eventually, about ¾ of a year ago, we started arguing more and more, mostly about mere nothing.
One time there was this, out of all of them, probably most extraordinarily stupid disagreement over a simple everyday newspaper article.

So, Glueckwunsch fuer's Durchkommen erstmal!
Thanx already, fuer eure Hilfe!

Julia
