Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung unter bzw. zwischen.
Die Details:
-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete ab Mai oder Juni 2009 (an NR)
-fuer mind. 6Monate
-Bln-Schoeneberg, Rote Insel, Hochkirchstr.
-19qm großes Zimmer, langer Flur (12qm), Kueche (11qm) und Bad (4qm), Balkon
-das zweite, kleinere Zimmer der Wohnung wird nicht vermietet, dort stehen Moebel und Umzugskisten. Ca. alle 2/3 Monate werden wir dort für einige Tage sein.
-Kosten: 400Euro warm (incl. Heizg, Warmwasser)
-weitere Kosten: Strom (z.Zt ca 25Euro)
-Kaution: 1Warm-Monatsmiete = 400Euro
-mit Untermietvertrag, der Vermieter benötigt eine Kopie des Personalausweises
-sonnige Wohnung im Seitenfluegel, 2.OG, sehr ruhig
-Sued-Balkon am Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof
-Dielen, Zimmerhöhe: 3,25m, Dusch-Bad
-Kueche mit E-Herd und Spuele, sowie Waschmaschine und Kuehlschrank
-Zimmer/Flur/Kueche/Bad sind moebliert, z.t. sehr spartanisch im IKEA-Stil
-eine unmoeblierte Zwischenmiete ist moeglich
-S-Bahn (S1/S2/S25), U-Bahn (U7) und Bus in Laufentfernung

We sublet our apartment. Thanks a lot in advance for spreading the news ;-) to everyone who might be interested in a flat in Berlin Schoeneberg now or any time later within the next 2years.
The details:
-we sublet the flat, beginning from May or June 2009 (non-smoking)
-for 6months minimum
-Berlin-Schoeneberg, called the 'Red Island', Hochkirchstrasse
-it's an apartment: 19qm room, large floor (12qm), kitchen (11qm), bath room (4qm)
-the 2nd small room in the flat is not to sublet, furniture is stored there. Every 2 to 3 months we'll stay there for a few days.
-rent: 400Euro (covering also heating and water)
-additional costs: energy (at the moment about 25Euro)
-Deposit: 1month rent = 400Euro
-there will be a sub-tenancy agreement, the landlord needs a copy of the ID card
-the appartment is south faced, sunny, in 2nd floor, 'Hinterhaus' rear buildung, very quiet
-wooden floors, bath room with shower
-the kitchen is with electric cooker, fridge, and washing machine
-the room/floor/kitchen/bath room are furnished, mostly in IKEA style
-the flat is to sublet also unfurnished if wished
-Metro: S1/S2/S25,U7, and buses, all in walking distance
